We're Leap.
Most distribution companies want to be the biggest. We want to be the best. Big tends to follow.
We've earned that confidence. We have years of experience in the OR, in the clinic, in the hospital, and at the manufacturer. We built the company we wished existed.
Two hubs. One mission.
Leap operates out of Dallas and Houston, with internal teams across the south central US and a distributor partner network that reaches the rest of the country. We came together from Leap Surgical and DUB Enterprises with a single goal: build a distribution company that surgeons, hospitals, and manufacturers could actually count on.

We knew what good
distribution should feel like.
It didn't exist, so we built it.
We're industry experts, but we don't talk in jargon-heavy, robotic language. We keep our communication clear, informative, and engaging.
We know our strengths, and we don't overpromise. Instead, we let our service, efficiency, and reliability speak for themselves.
We respect our audience's time. Our communication is straightforward, honest, and to the point — whether we're talking to healthcare providers, suppliers, or partners.
Our messaging is not just about what we do, but how we solve problems for our clients. We focus on outcomes, efficiency, and helping healthcare professionals deliver the best patient care possible.
Every relationship we build is grounded in transparency and mutual investment. We don't just want clients — we want partners who grow alongside us.
Better supply chains mean better patient outcomes. That belief drives every decision we make, from the partners we choose to the products we distribute.
Meet the Partners.
Four founders. 75+ years in medical device distribution.
Allen Mason
Allen leads Leap as CEO. Years in technical infrastructure before he moved into medical devices, where he watched the big players prioritize their margins over their customers and surgeons. Leap is the answer he built.
Jonathan Knickerbocker
Jonathan is a career field operator who has carried trays, stood in ORs, and built surgeon relationships firsthand. He's known for developing authentic partnerships with physicians and identifying market opportunities for innovative products.
Wes Lambard
Wes brings decades of experience in medical device distribution with deep market expertise and established hospital relationships. He's known for hands-on field leadership, team development, and an ability to build trust with surgeons and facility stakeholders.
Peyton Woodyard
Peyton brings deep market relationships and operational expertise across the distribution landscape. He drives process discipline, team scaling, and the day-to-day execution that enables both reps and manufacturer partners to grow.
"We are builders. Our work lives where we live: in the OR, the clinic, the materials office, the back end of the business. Consistency is our standard. Mutually beneficial partnerships are our model. Both build the trust we pride ourselves on."
Every hospital.
Every case. Mapped.
Stride tracks every surgical case across our hospital network in real time — giving our team, our reps, and our partners full visibility into where we operate and how we perform.
