We're Leap. The New Standard.
Most distribution companies want to be the biggest. We want to be the best. Big tends to follow.
We've earned that confidence. We have decades of experience in the OR, in the clinic, in hospitals, and at the manufacturer. Now we're building the standard the industry's been missing.
Two hubs. One mission.
Leap operates out of Dallas and Houston, with internal teams and over 200 distribution partners. We have a single goal: build a distribution company that surgeons, hospitals, and manufacturers can actually count on.
We knew what good
distribution should feel like.
It didn't exist, so we built it around our most important values.
We set the standard and hold ourselves to it. Not perfection, just precision, consistency, and the discipline to be better than we were yesterday.
We earn it every day, through honesty, transparency, and follow-through. We do the right thing even when it's inconvenient. We keep our word and own our mistakes.
We say what we mean and we do what we say. No posturing, no inflated promises. What you see from Leap is what you get.
We bring surgeons, hospitals, suppliers, and distributors together around shared success. We're stronger as one platform than any of us are alone.
We adapt, build, and move faster than the market. We don't wait to be disrupted. We build what's next, so our partners stay ahead.
We fight for the people we serve. Surgeons, patients, hospitals, and partners. We lead deals to the finish line and stand up for what's right, even when it's hard.
Meet the Partners.
Four founders. 75+ years in medical device distribution.
Allen Mason
Allen leads Leap as CEO. He worked as an engineer before he ever set foot in an OR, and he's been correcting broken systems ever since. Twenty-five years, multiple businesses, one idea: Surgeons, hospitals, manufacturers, and reps are all stronger when they're connected. Leap is the proof.
Wes Lambard
Wes brings decades of experience in medical device distribution with deep market expertise and established hospital relationships. He's known for hands-on field leadership, team development, and an ability to build trust with surgeons and facility stakeholders.
Peyton Woodyard
Peyton brings deep market relationships and operational expertise across the distribution landscape. He drives process discipline, team scaling, and the day-to-day execution that enables both reps and manufacturer partners to grow.
Jonathan Knickerbocker
Jonathan is a career field operator who has carried trays, stood in ORs, and built surgeon relationships firsthand. He's known for developing authentic partnerships with physicians and identifying market opportunities for innovative products. He co-founded Leap with Allen to build something better for surgeons and reps alike.
"We are builders. Our work lives where we live: in the OR, the clinic, the materials office, the back end of the business. The surgeons, the hospitals, the manufacturers, they all deserved one distribution model where everyone at the table actually wins. That's the company we set out to build."
